Is it safe to put it on the painted area?
Some paints are not effective, such as those using water-repellent materials. Also, if the paint is weak, there is a risk of peeling off the painted surface when removing the product.
Why does it stick?
Adhesion is caused by intermolecular forces and the interaction between "+ ions" and "- ions".
Is there anything that the product is not effective for, or for which the effectiveness may be reduced?

What is the lifespan of the product?
The lifespan of the Standard Pad is 5 to 7 years.
The lifespan of the biomass Pad is 8 to 10 years.
We recommend replacing the Pad after its lifespan has expired.
For Pads with fixtures, you can simply replace the Pad and continue using the fixture.
The bottom of the TV is a grid. How should I apply it?
If the installation surface is small and has a grid pattern, it may not be effective enough. We recommend that you find a way to increase the installation surface area. Will the flooring material come off during removal?
The flooring may come off if it is removed abruptly or if the strength of the flooring material is inferior to the adhesive strength of the PROSEVEN quake-resistant Pads.
When installing on furniture, can I put the gel pad on a triangular board or plastic L-plate attached to the bottom of the furniture?
Most of the triangular plates and plastic plates on the bottom of furniture are installed to prevent scratches on the furniture during transportation. Since these boards are easily attached with staples, etc., they will come off in the event of an earthquake even if the pad is attached to those areas. Please avoid that area.
Can I install clocks, paintings, etc. on the wall?
No, you cannot install it on the wall. Please do not use it for horizontal or hanging applications.
If I have installed a chest of drawers, how should I move it?
Slowly and gradually tilt it in one direction. If it still doesn’t come off, use a thin, spatula-like object dampened with water and insert it between the mat and the floor. (It is easier to insert a spatula if you smear it with a mild detergent.) Trying to remove it abruptly may damage the bottom of the furniture or the floor. What happens if the product is subjected to a load exceeding its seismic rating?
The product may not perform as expected and could be damaged.
