The kitchen stores a large quantity of ingredients for inpatients in its pantry and refrigerators. Proper management of these perishable items is crucial. Even if gas, water, and food supplies are secured, a kitchen cannot function properly if equipment and utensils are damaged or overturned due to an earthquake. The recent seismic reinforcement project at our Hospital Kitchen successfully addressed both challenges, providing peace of mind and ensuring the continuous delivery of nutritious meals to patients.
