Proseven Seismic Brackets Adopted for Earthquake Countermeasures in Laboratories and Offices.

Fixing method: The sample introduction unit is located on the right side of the instrument. We have installed a vertical metal bracket on the side of the unit, utilizing the available space, to secure it against earthquakes.

Seismic Bracket: Anti-Tip Straps with Gel Pads
Fixing method: The equipment was secured to the rack using the “Anti Tip Straps with Gel Pads” for Shelves, which is easy to install and remove. Three sets (6 pieces) were used in total, based on the combined weight of the rack and the equipment.

Seismic Bracket: Anti-Tip Metal Bracket with Gel Pads
Fixing method: Since the cabinet was installed on the wall, we applied “Wallpaper Reinforcement Film” to the wall and secured it to the wall and the top of the cabinet using cabinet seismic brackets that can be installed without lifting the object.
We prioritized seismic reinforcement for our high-value analytical equipment as a first step in disaster preparedness. We also felt that it was necessary to take early action to secure the tall bookcases in the office. We plan to gradually expand the scope of our countermeasures in the future.
